Where can I download my ordered product(s)?
When you order a downloadable product, you can find the download link by going to your account under "My Downloads". There you will find a list with the files of all the products you have ordered. Alternatively, the download link can be retrieved from the emails you will receive, once you complete your order.
No Download Link
To receive your download link, the product has to be paid first. Once the payment is successfully completed, you can see the download link either in your account under "My Downloads", or in the corresponding email you received once you completed your order.
Where can I find my serial key?
You can retrieve your registration key from the corresponding email you receive after you have completed your order, or from your customer account at the "My Serial Keys" tab, where your keys are sorted by descending date. Note, however, that some products we offer don't require a serial key. In that case you, simply run the installation file without having to register or activate your product.
No Registration Key
If you did not receive a registration key with your order, this means that either you did not pay for your order yet, or the product itself does not make use of registration keys.
Where do I get support for my ordered products?
Our team can provide support for store-related/website issues, mostly within the first couple hours also depending on the time of day. If you are experiencing issues with a product you purchased from our store, then you will have to contact the product’s manufacturer/publisher. The publisher’s contact details can be found on the product page, just above the product’s description.
Are downloadable products refundable?
No, you have no legal grounds for a refund and due to the nature of the products they are not returnable. To avoid abuse we do not offer any refund on downloadable products.
Will you send a CD or DVD?
Most of our products are downloadable and therefore no CD or DVD will be shipped to you. We also offer physical (boxed & hardware) products which are shipped to you directly from the publisher/manufacturer.
First time customer. Customer Account Creation
If you are shopping at FSPSStore for the first time, when you proceed to the checkout page you can complete your order by creating a customer account at FSPSStore.
My Credit Card was not accepted
At FSPSStore, security measures for credit card payments have been implemented via Braintree. If your card does not meet one of them, it will simply not be accepted. Always check to enter such data exactly as shown on your credit card. You can also make use of our alternative methods of payment: PayPal or bank transfer.
VAT on Digital Products inside the European Union
As of January 1st 2015, new rules apply for downloadable products purchased from EU customers concerning value added tax (VAT). VAT on downloadable product’s will be applied according to the VAT of your location within the EU. The prices shown on our website are VAT excluded and with VAT applied according to your geolocation. If you are placing an order from a country outside the EU, then no VAT will apply for you.
